Videography
A collection of my favorite short films. Some made for clients, some made for myself, all made with the same pursuit of excellence. To me filmmaking is a form of storytelling, communication, and art. It’s a powerful tool and an amazing source of enjoyment. Filmmaking allows me to share my beliefs in the Second Amendment and traditional masculinity in a way that is gritty, realistic, and relatable, while also being refined, sophisticated, and inspirational. My goal in each film is to capture what thought and feeling the subject inspires in me and portray that as accurately as possible. I try to make every shot count and each one have a purpose following what Edgar Allen Poe calls “The Poetic Principle.” He says that every single word (translation to filmmaking - every single shot) should promote the story, setting, and mood, and not one word should be needless. There are too many stories to tell, too many truths to share for an image to go to waste. I hope you enjoy watching these films as much as I enjoyed making them.
